Deborah’s 20-year career has focused primarily on early learning and elementary school education. She has spent the last 10 years as an ECEAP teacher in an early learning environment, deciding this year to follow some of her students on to kindergarten. She is most passionate about working with children and families who are most in need of social and emotional support to ensure their future has the potential for success.
