Links to Third-Party Sites
We provide links to our official social media channels. These channels are maintained and managed by us, and we strive to keep the content relevant, accurate, and up to date. However, we are not responsible for the content posted by other users on our social media platforms.
We also provide links to our current job postings with NAC where users may submit employment applications. This is a direct link to third-party firm Paylocity. This will prompt for additional personal information to be uploaded as part of the evaluation of potential employment applicants.
Other links are added to third-party websites where we believe they are relevant to our content and add value to our users. We reserve the right to determine the relevance of the linked content and may remove or update links as necessary. Users are responsible for their own discretion when accessing third-party websites. We encourage users to review the privacy policies, terms of use, and any other relevant information provided by external websites before engaging with them.
Personal Information Usage
NAC will not reveal to any third party a user’s personal information provided to us through the Site except in the following circumstances: (1) we have your permission to share the information; (2) you have provided the information in a public forum (such as social media platform); (3) you have applied for a job and submitted information to us through Paylocity, in which case both Paylocity and NAC will be in possession of information you submit; (4) we need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of NAC to provide a product or service to you; (5) we are responding to subpoenas, court orders, other legal proceedings, or are otherwise exercising corporate compliance obligations (e.g., submission of reports to the EEOC); or (6) we sell or acquire another business, or are acquired by another business, in which case such information may be one of the business assets transferred.
Precautions For Children
NAC does not attempt to collect personal information from children, and we do not provide services to children. The Site is not directed to children under age 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under age 13. If a child sends personal information to us, and this information can be identified as originating from a child, the information will be deleted.
Information Security
We do not store emails or individual information on our web server.
Opt-in Email Lists
We use email lists that we have assembled from people who have indicated they want additional information about our services.
Personal Contacts
NAC personnel frequently give presentations at conferences and seminars; write books, articles, and newsletters; and participate in similar types of group and individual communications. We often receive business cards as well as requests for additional information. When we receive requests for information in person, from our web site from information volunteered by our web site visitors, or from conferences from people indicating they want more information about our type of services, we will place these individuals on our contact list.
Third Party Information Distribution
We use Mailchimp to distribute information about our services. We provide Mailchimp with the names and email addresses of our subscribers to facilitate distribution; we do not give them access to any other personal information. While we take steps to protect the confidentiality, privacy and security of personal information communicated to Mailchimp their activities are not subject to the exclusive control of NAC Inc and they are not subject to this privacy policy. Sending Confidential Information
Web sites visitors must not use this site to submit confidential information to NAC. To arrange for the delivery of highly sensitive information, contact NAC Inc directly by calling (509 838 8240) to communicate any confidential information.
Access to Personal Information
You have the right to make requests regarding the purposes for which we use your personal information. Additionally, you can object to our use of your personal information and request access to update, correct, or delete it completely. We will sincerely strive to respond promptly to your requests, in compliance with relevant laws. To provide you with services, fulfill our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, we will retain and utilize your information for as long as necessary. We may also take reasonable measures to verify your identity before granting such access.
